Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ParcelTab's shipping and postage billing service.

1. Who we are

ParcelTab is a trade name of ProductsGo LLC, located in Buena Park, California. “ParcelTab,” “we” and “us” refer to ProductsGo LLC doing business as ParcelTab.

2. The service

ParcelTab purchases shipping labels on your behalf and bills you for them at your published ParcelTab rates. We compare available carriers and services for each shipment and select an option that meets the delivery promise for the order. Rates may change with notice to you.

3. Prepaid balance

Labels for prepaid carriers are charged to your prepaid shipping balance as they are purchased. If you enable automatic top-up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the amount you choose when your balance falls below your chosen threshold. If your balance reaches zero, new labels may be held until funds are added.

4. Weekly invoices

Labels for carriers not billed from your balance are invoiced weekly. Invoices are due on receipt and may be charged to your payment method on file.

5. Adjustments and surcharges

Carriers may adjust charges after shipment, including for weight or dimension corrections, address corrections and surcharges. These adjustments are billed to your balance or invoice and itemized on your statement.

6. Payment authorization

You authorize us to charge the card or debit the bank account you provide for top-ups, invoices and adjustments under these terms.

7. Billing questions and refunds

Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. Billing errors reported within 60 days are corrected and credited. When you close your account, any remaining prepaid balance is refunded less open label charges, as described on our Adjustments and refunds page.

8. Carrier terms and claims

Shipments are also subject to each carrier's terms of service. Claims for loss, damage or delay are handled through the carrier or through any shipping insurance purchased for the shipment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected labels. We are not liable for carrier delays, loss or damage, or for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these terms and will post the new date above; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
