This policy explains what information ParcelTab collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Company and contact details you give us, such as business name, contact names, email addresses and phone numbers.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Shipment information needed to buy and bill labels, including recipient names and addresses, package weights and dimensions, and tracking numbers.

How we use it

We use this information only to purchase shipping labels, bill for them, send receipts and statements, and answer support questions.

Who we share it with

We share shipment details with the carriers that deliver your packages and payment details with Stripe. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep billing and shipment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
