Why is ParcelTab on my statement?
ParcelTab bills the shipping postage for orders from your store. A PARCELTAB charge is a payment or top-up to your company's prepaid shipping balance, which pays for the shipping labels on your orders.
What the charge looks like

Don't recognize the charge?
Someone at your company may have set up the shipping balance. Email support@parceltab.com with the date and amount, and we'll send an itemized list of the labels it paid for, usually within one business day.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can resolve it faster, and a dispute can pause shipping on your orders.
